Bad news for wealthy Oregonian house hunters seeking a property with an indoor football field: Cooper Kupp’s mansion is off the market.
The Los Angeles Rams star has sold his Wilsonville home for $3million roughly one year after listing the property for $3.5 million.
The estate is best known for its 4,600-square-foot indoor football field and training facility, according to Realtor.com.
‘Cooper decided to sell the Wilsonville property because the family is spending more time in California than originally planned,’ realtor Kendra Ratcliff of Forbes Global Properties told DailyMail.com.
‘He originally purchased the home and retrofitted the training facility to accommodate his off-season training program. This is where he prepared and trained before Super Bowl LVI where he was named MVP.’
Kupp’s European-style mansion includes plenty of luxurious stylings – including natural-stone finishes and plenty of hardwood flooring.
The house has a brick exterior as well as a gated, circular driveway.
Detached from the main residence is a nearly 2,000-square-foot guesthouse – which has its own living room, fireplace, bedroom, and a full kitchen.
More fireplaces can be found in the main house – with one featured in a great room that is complete with lofted ceilings.
In the kitchen, there are upscale touches – including a six-burner Miele range, a Sub-Zero fridge, two dishwashers, and stone countertops. In addition to all of these features,
The primary bedroom has its own private foyer, a tray ceiling, and its own sparkling chandelier.
That’s complete with an en suite bathroom which boasts heated floors, a large glass shower and double vanities.
A large closet in that room offers plenty of storage as well as its own washer and dryer.
Above the three-car garage is a bonus room with its own laundry setup – which offers space for activities.
But by far, the biggest feature of the property is an indoor training facility complete with real turf that Kupp constructed to help keep himself in shape for fall Sundays.
The structure measures 4,600-square-feet and has court material underneath as well as retractable basketball hoops.
Kupp is about to begin his eighth season in the NFL – all of them with the Los Angeles Rams.
Back in 2021, Kupp won the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year award after tallying 1,947 yards and 16 touchdowns.
